The family have two daughters (13 & 15) both attending a day school in Central London. The family also have a country home where they spend regular weekends and school holidays. Along with the two daughters, the family also has a lovely Labrador who is a key part of their life. The girls have a range of hobbies, from drama to art to music to horse riding, with the latter being a sport that both girls are pursuing actively and regularly. This role combines tailored care for the two girls with organisational and administrative support. It requires a candidate who can move seamlessly between hands-on care and the practical management of two busy teenagers’ lives. The successful candidate will be calm, discreet, highly adaptable and confident managing both the children’s needs and the day-to-day demands of a busy, fast-paced household. They will be a capable, trusted adult — someone who keeps things running smoothly, provides a steady and supportive presence, and exercises good judgment across a wide variety of situations.
