Our UHNW private clients are seeking an experienced live-in or live-out Head Butler for their large established shooting estate based near Andover, Wiltshire. This is a fully staffed household supporting two principals and a wider estate team. The role is seasonal in nature, with a busy autumn and winter shooting period and a quieter spring/summer phase. The successful candidate must be highly flexible, calm under pressure, and confident leading front-of-house service at the highest standard. Working schedule: February – September (reduced season): Monday – Friday, approximately 09:00 – 15:30 October – January (busy shooting season): very flexible hours including long and varied days depending on estate activity and guest stays The clients work on a yearly average hours system, further details will be shared at interview stage but flexibility in the peak season is paramount for the success of this role.
