We are working with one of London’s most exclusive event catering companies, known for creating exceptional food for luxury venues, elite private clients and high-profile celebrations. This role sits at the centre of their creative kitchen, developing new concepts and elevating dishes to a consistently exceptional standard. They are seeking a Development Sous Chef with Michelin-level skill, strong flavour understanding and the ability to create refined, visually striking dishes. Around 70 percent of the role focuses on tasting and development, with 30 percent supporting high-calibre events.
