We are seeking an exceptional, highly trained Private Chef to join a UHNW family on a travelling basis. This role requires a culinary professional who can deliver Michelin-star-standard cuisine in a private household setting, offering flexibility, discretion, and the ability to adapt to different global locations. Schedule: The position is permanent, full-time and live-in/out, travelling between Miami, London, and Aspen. Schedule & Location (Annual Rotation) January – Early May: Miami (Chef responsible for own accommodation) May – June: London (Accommodation provided) July: Chef vacation time August – September: Aspen (Accommodation provided) October – Early December: London (Accommodation provided) Note: Family may return to Miami for Thanksgiving. Christmas / New Year: Aspen (Accommodation provided) Key Responsibilities Prepare lunch and dinner, Sunday through Friday, for 2 principals and household staff (day-to-day service for up to 6 when family members join, with occasional larger family gatherings). Design and execute diverse, high-quality seasonal menus catering to the family's preferences and dietary requirements. Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including sourcing ingredients, inventory management, and maintaining impeccable hygiene standards across various global residences.
