The newly renovated 8 bed property is situated within 300 acres of farmland.

The Groom/ Housekeeper will be responsible for the general upkeep of inside and outside of the property.

Responsible for laundry, ironing, cleaning, Greenhouse, flower beds, walled vegetable garden, ride on mower, fencing & chainsaw experience a bonus. (Additional gardeners are also employed & possibility for beekeeping existing working hives.)

To take sole charge of three dogs, two eventers and one hunter.  All the normal yard duties including hacking, canter work, turnout to high degree. 

Looking for cheerful, responsible people with hardworking disposition, capable of running the yard and house when owners away, can assist eventing when owners at home. 7.5t Truck driving experience a bonus. Possibility of own horse, hunting and beach rides.

This position would suit individual or couple.

Accommodation in the gatehouse, 3 bedroom, rent and utility bills included except council tax

April/May Start date. Location beautiful SW Coast. Competitive salary dependent on experience and roles taken on.
