Almshouse Manager Wimbledon, Part-time (Residential)

Wimbledon Endowed Almshouse Charity and its trustee company Wimbledon Endowed Almshouse Trustee Limited are looking to appoint a part-time residential manager for the Almshouses located in Wimbledon. The Charity was founded in 1838 and maintains 24 single bed flats and 3 bungalows, built in 1964, on one site a few hundred yards from the common.

The job involves:

• The day to day running of the site, principally dealing with the residents and contractors under the direction of the Directors of the trustee company.

• The working hours are from 9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday 

• The manager occupies a two bedroom bungalow on the site.
