Experienced domestic couple is needed for a property based in idyllic Cornwall. The roles will be split between a competent cook/chef and a housekeeper. The property is newly renovated and has a modern layout, featuring 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens (one of which is a chef kitchen with pantry) formal dining and entertaining areas. The Client employs gardeners to care for the land therefore the couple will focus on the interior. This role will suit a professional couple able to work in semi-formal homes and cater for social events. Must have relevant working papers. August 22 start.

Duties:

• 5 to 5.5 days per week. Required two weekends per month
• 8/8.30am to 5pm. Flexibility to finish later if entertaining
• Full housekeeping to high standards
• Full laundry management, inclusive of linen and delicates
• Cooking for the Principals
• Mise en place, menu planning, produce sourcing, plated service or family style, baking
• Provisioning and purchasing of goods
• Catering for dinner parties and business meetings
