The post is 4 days a week either live in a block or 2 days at a time, to care for a lovely elderly lady and her dog. Lady has Alzheimer's and is a joy to be around. There is some personal care needed and help with showering and dressing. She is mobile, although mobility is limited, she walks with a walker very short distances.
Her memory is failing rapidly and she is no longer able to care for herself in any sense of the word in a safe manner.  
On the 4 days you would be required, lunch time would be 2 hrs (11.30am-1.30pm) to prepare and cook the meal, stay, dine with the lady. There are a few hours free time in the afternoon until 4.30pm when the evening and night shift starts, running through until 9.30am next morning, where again there are 2 free hours (9.30-11.30am) before lunchtime shift at 11.30am-1.30pm.

The days would alternate to include 2 weekend shifts a month, the days can be flexible and you would be working with one other team member as well as family members regularly popping in and out during the day to visit.  

The lady in question has a small dog who will require feeding and walking during the shift times, she is a lovely friendly very well behaved little dog. 

There will be some cleaning to be done to keep the house clean and tidy alongside doing laundry. 

The preferred candidate would have a DBS check and some experience of care work, be kind, patient and have references.
