Our New Zealand couple of 13 years is retiring so we are looking for a couple who love dogs and have a ‘can do’ attitude. The family: a couple who split their time between Kent, London and overseas; four adult children who visit; three dogs. The property: a seven bedroom house; a five bedroom barn (holiday let); two cottages on long lets; plus a two bedroom cottage for the couple.

Roles include: Cleaning the main house; Laundry and small mending jobs; Holiday let clean and bed making (laundry sent out); Gardening for the main house and holiday let barn - Mowing, weeding, hedge trimming, planting and pruning; Maintenance of garden equipment - booking in for service as necessary; Maintenance and repairs as necessary in all properties and being on call for tenants when issues arise; Swimming Pool maintenance in the Summer; Occasional driving - airports and stations; Looking after vehicles and booking in MOT/service; Housesitting and being responsible for the properties and dogs while the owners are away; Proactively calling out trades people as required.

Salary according to experience. Option of four or five day week. Monday to Friday - weekends only to look after dogs while owners are away. Two bedroom cottage and car provided. All household bills and Wifi included.
