Opportunity for enthusiastic, hard-working couple who enjoy rural life to help manage a small South Devon estate on a tidal estuary. 

Maintenance Manager/Gardener responsible for maintenance of properties, machinery and equipment, formal gardens and surrounding grounds. 

Housekeeper/Property Supervisor responsible for all housekeeping duties (except cooking) for main house and managing two holiday lets, including weekly changeovers (some gardening too).

House and dog sitting (1 working cocker spaniel) whilst owners away.

Fluent English, driving licences, dog lovers essential, non-smokers only.  No dependants.  Independent on-site accommodation.  Start 1st October.
