This situation would suit a flexible single person or couple working from home or with external part time work or retired but fit.

The duties involved would be ad-hoc driving, dog walking and dog sitting when I am away and occasional odd-jobs in the house or garden.  There would be no requirement for domestic cleaning or gardening. We would estimate that the driving / dog walking, etc. would only be a maximum of 6hrs per week for a reduced rent.
