Accommodation is provided because part of the role will be keeping an eye on security and sometimes taking care of the family dogs.

Answerable to the owner/designer and a Senior Gardener who has reduced their days to 2 per week. The garden is large and walled with interesting planting and a low intervention approach, with the health of the soil and plants being the priority. Chemicals are only permitted in extreme circumstances and the plants are not staked or deadheaded, whilst pruning is kept to the essential minimum.
