This is a new role, working for a hands-on and caring family within a friendly and positive environment. 
 

The family are looking for a Cook, who has the ability to make healthy food delicious and fun. You will have access to a fully stocked vegetable garden and have an input into the development of it. You’ll be confident and happy to be experimental with food whilst ensuring the health and nutrition. Hours are flexible and negotiable. 

There is also also a vacancy for an energetic and positive Gardener working with our Head Gardener and part-time Gardener. There is a mixture of established and new formal gardens which you will be instrumental in the care and development of. You will be confident with gardening, including ride on mowers, and have qualifications to a minimum of RHS level one. Training can be organised for the right person to develop your skills beyond this level. 

You will be a team player and possess good communication skills and a willingness to work with an established and highly productive and friendly team. 

Pet friendly is a must as the family have dogs.

Hours: 

Some weekend work will be required for the Cook’s role. Monday – Friday with 40 hours a week for the Gardener’s role. 

A lovely two bed cottage with a garden is provided. Salary negotiable.
