A warm, informal UHNW family based in Solihull is seeking an exceptional, qualified Governess to join their household on a full-time, permanent basis. The Family. We are a relaxed, down-to-earth household with three children (16, 6, and 2). You will work in partnership with her school to reinforce and extend her learning in a calm, encouraging way. Alongside this, you will support the early development of our 2-year-old son, delivering age-appropriate, play-based learning and creating strong early foundations—resulting in a meaningful long-term role as both children progress.

Structure (Term Time) Morning / Early Afternoon: Early years development and structured play with the 2-year-old Mid Afternoon: School collection Late Afternoon / Evening: One-to-one academic support with the 6-year-old (reading, writing, phonics, homework, learning habits) Weekends: Approx. 1 day (c. 8 hours) of educational enrichment School Holidays: Full-time daytime involvement with both children, maintaining structure and engagement
