Rural Estate in Angus, Scotland, owned by an Education Charity is looking for a full-time, live-in Property & Estate Manager.

The Burn is a Grade B Listed mansion house welcoming groups of academic guests & other private clients for short-stay, exclusive use of the mansion, set within 200 acres. This is a varied role, focussing on the practical maintenance of the building (supported by local approved contractors and central London office) and the maintenance and development of the grounds which incorporate woodland walks, more formal gardens close to the mansion, fishing on the river North Esk, grazing, and a recently re-stocked small belt of commercial forestry.

A salary of £35,000 per annum and a recently refurbished 2-bed cottage is offered for the better performance of duties (security and fire safety rota participation). There may be additional casual work for a partner accompanying the successful candidate.
