Domestic couple sought for recently refurbished 500-acre country estate in Kent. The 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom, grade II listed property is home to an informal couple with dog and 2 cats. This long-term role will suit a hands-on, self-motivated couple.

Groundskeeper will be responsible for grounds maintenance including gardening, mowing, hedge trimming, greenhouse and vegetable garden. Other duties will include general property maintenance, overseeing contractors, pool and hot tub maintenance, car cleaning and care, ad-hoc driving, security and assisting other staff where required.

Housekeeper is responsible for day-to-day cleaning and deep cleans, laundry, preparing for guests, running errands and pet care. Ideally, the housekeeper will be able to prepare meals and serve at informal dinner parties. Both candidates must be confident to provide a high standard of work without supervision.

Due to location, it is preferred that both candidates drive. Accommodation provided is a large 3 bed property within the estate. This can be furnished or unfurnished. Utilities included. Not suitable for dependants but pets considered. Working Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Weekends off, but flexibility for driving duties is key. £48kgpa+, negotiable dependent on experience. ASAP start. (AGY.)
