The property, which is open to the public for two months of the year, hosts regular shooting parties during the season, (maximum 25 people) and private tours in the summer months. 

The Principals are busy professionals and seek a flexible, proactive and responsible Couple to ensure the smooth running of the property in addition to managing the in-house staff team.  Experience in high-end hospitality and the ability to cook to dinner party standard is essential. There are two full-time Housekeepers. No gardening or maintenance is required as this is done by a separate team.  The house is in formal surroundings with a relaxed atmosphere. In-house training is carried out for all staff on a regular basis. 

You both must have clean driving licences and good IT skills. The normal working week is 40 hours over 5 days, however during the shooting season you will be expected to work evenings and weekends and, occasionally, a 6 day week with time off in lieu.

The accommodation is a self-contained, 2-bedroomed apartment within the main house with its own entrance, separate drive and car parking space. Well behaved dogs welcome. Excellent salary offered to the successful candidates. (AGY.)
