We have an exciting opportunity for a full time household assistant to work within a small supportive team at Syon House, which is the London home of The Duke of Northumberland.
The house and grounds are open to the public, and also host a number of weddings and filming events throughout the year.
This is a varied role to include chambermaid duties (M/F), conservation cleaning and general cleaning of domestic and office space. We require a motivated, dynamic candidate with a can do attitude and a passion for looking after important collections, decorative interiors and furnishings.
The successful candidate will have experience working as a housekeeper or room attendant.
Conservation cleaning would be advantageous, however on the job training will be provided.
This is a full time role, worked 5 days over 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
Salary range £18,000-£19,500 depending on experience.
