We are looking for a full-time live-in carer to support our elderly parents with day-to-day living. Mum, 87, has early stage mixed Alzheimers/Vascular Dementia which mainly affects her short-term memory; Dad is 91 and frail, but they both remain cheerful and sociable. 5 days a week, approximately 8 hours a day. Family covers 2 days off, with flexibility on both sides.

Comfortable self-contained flat within the main house with large bed-sitting room, separate kitchen and bathroom. Lovely gardens and views. Location on the edge of a charming market town with good shops in walking distance. Cleaner and gardener also employed.

You must be experienced with dementia, a competent cook, have good organisational skills, a driver (car provided) and DBS checked. A can-do attitude goes a long way!

Competitive salary/ hourly rate negotiable. Start date August/September.
