Live-in companion and driver sought for accomplished 75yr old lady of sound mind, to keep her company and help her to retain her independence as far as possible.  Based in East Devon, the work would include cooking, housekeeping, shopping, travel to appointments / social occasions.  In the fullness of time, help with mobility, personal care and medication will also likely be needed.  The role is ideally 5 days working with a 2 days off taken during the week.  Evenings from 9pm will for the most part be free, save for emergencies, and there will be several hours ‘off’ each day.  An Enhanced DBS Certificate and recent references are required.  Previous experience in nursing and/or elderly care is preferred.
