An experienced and professional Live-In Couple is sought for a private estate in the Cotswolds. This is a full-time, long-term position for a dedicated and hands-on couple who will take pride in maintaining both the interior and exterior of a beautifully maintained country property.

Roles & Responsibilities

Grounds & Estate Management (Partner 1)

• Full care and maintenance of gardens, lawns, borders, and pathways.

• Seasonal planting, pruning, and general horticultural duties.

• Upkeep of outdoor buildings, driveways, fencing, and equipment.

• Management of contractors and external suppliers where required.

• General estate security and maintenance oversight.

House Management & Housekeeping (Partner 2)

• Full housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and ironing.   

• Care of fine furnishings, fabrics, and household items.

• Household organisation and stock control.

• Occasional cooking and meal preparation (advantageous but not essential).

• Assisting with guest preparation and service when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience working as a domestic couple on a private estate or similar property.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional at all times.
• Practical, hands-on approach with a proactive attitude.
• Clean driving licences and the right to work in the UK.

Accommodation & Package

A separate, well-maintained accommodation will be provided on the estate. Salary is competitive and dependent on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed couple seeking a long-term position in a beautiful Cotswolds setting.
