Live-in General Handyperson and Housekeeping Couple, Ribble Valley

Background: Our client lives in a listed, fully renovated and extended period hall in the beautiful Ribble Valley.  This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom family home is set within 100 acres of gardens, parkland and woodland. The principals work mainly from home, though do sometimes travel to London and Jersey.  They have two teenage children who attend the local public school where they occasionally board.  The family tend to spend most of the school holidays overseas.  This large family home has recently been refurbished and is decorated to a high standard.  The estate also has two large barns as well as a shooting lodge that is used for entertaining.  A home office adjoins the two bedroom cottage that is offered as accommodation to the successful candidates.  A full time gardener is employed to look after the gardens and parkland whilst a gamekeeper takes care of any requirements in the woodland.  The family have two black Labradors.

In addition to taking care of the property the principals are looking for a Couple who would be happy to undertake driving as part of their role as well as keeping an eye on the children when they are out for the evening. (AGY)
