Our clients are a former farmer and farmer’s wife who are seeking a live-in experienced Housekeeper, Carer and Companion to manage their 4-bed, 4-bath converted barn home; to cook their meals and provide care for the lady who has recently been bed bound after an incident. Personal care for the lady is also required. The appointee must be confident with moving and handling as you will need to gently encourage small walks around the bedroom initially each day, and, if the client feels able, following a physiotherapy plan.

Good home cooking is needed, including baking cakes and catering for a few friends for lunch and tea.  You must be a driver with your own car as the location is rural.

Candidate: Friendly, kind and patient, with a sense of humour and with strong experience of working with clients with poor mobility.

Accommodation: A well-appointed and spacious two-bed annexe.

Salary: A very competitive salary is offered to the successful candidate.
