Domestic couple sought for rural estate in Bristol. The estate is home to a single principle and operates as a wedding venue. Main property consists of 5 bedrooms with 2x 4-bedroom apartments within the grounds. The couple will work very closely together and teamwork is vital. Desirable traits include; fluent English, ability to work well under direction, confident and able to work independently, keen eye for detail, high standards, flexibility, good communication skills and a friendly personality. Housekeeper role and responsibilities to include, but not limited to: taking direction from Events team to set up Venue for regular events throughout the year, cleaning of the Venue, periodic deep cleans, clean & manage accommodation units on site, looking after the family dogs and farmhouse when owner is away, point of contact for overnight accommodation guests, ensuring sufficient levels of stock are maintained for cleaning materials etc. and management of laundry. Caretaker role and responsibilities to include, but not limited to: taking direction from Events team to assist in setup of Venue for regular events throughout the year, cleaning terrace & courtyard, routine maintenance, stock control of maintenance items, weekly lawn maintenance/mowing, window cleaning and assisting the housekeeper and other staff where needed. The couple are instrumental in the smooth running of the Estate and the events that take place. Working 8 hours, 5 days per week (typically Monday & Tuesday off). Must be flexible to work longer hours during busy periods. Salary of £40kgpa with  accommodation. Static caravan with 1 bedroom and open plan living area. All utilities included. ASAP start.
