Seeking experienced live-in fluent English-speaking female PA/carer/companion/housekeeper to assist stroke survivor with almost total loss of verbal communication. Right-sided weakness but can transfer with minimal aid (no hoist). She is 76 and lives with partner who is away one-third of year. 

Her frustration from inability to communicate is high so patience is crucial as she can seem unreasonable, however, once her needs are understood this becomes easier. Job includes meal preparation, household maintenance, personal care, companionship, promotion of independence and dignity. 

Two-week rotational shifts. Immediate start. Non-smoker/driver preferred (not essential). Competitive salary, details on application. Meals, full amenities included.
