Trustworthy, experienced, and formally trained Italian Private Chef looking to relocate to Italy and cater for a private family at their Milan residence.

The Private Chef is expected to be culinary trained, talented, experienced, well organised and punctual. The candidate will liaise with the principal on menu design, then prepare and serve high-quality Italian/Continental cuisine and manage the kitchen with precision maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene. The candidate will be professional, loyal, self-motivated, and importantly calm, looking for a long-term position.

The candidate must be prepared to work flexible hours and provide additional support when the family are entertaining guests and extended family are in residence. Approx. 45 hours per week including weekends with time off in lieu. Prior experience as a Private Chef to a private family is essential, with excellent references. The candidate must be able to drive with a full clean driving licence.
