Collective duties include; general housekeeping, meal preparation, house up-keep, general repairs, including DIY and decorating when needed, gardening, pool maintenance, care of two dogs: their well-being, walking, feeding, etc. Full, clean driving licences also essential.

The Estate includes; large main house, vegetable garden, swimming pool, tennis court, etc. Single owner present Fri-Mon and Public Holidays.

Accommodation for the couple is separate living quarters, attached to the main house and consists of double bedroom, bathroom, sitting room, kitchen, plus a small spare room.
