Professional Cook/Housekeeper required for a private, country estate in Leicestershire.

Can be Live-In or Out, must love animals and Excellent References required.

With a focus on a varied, nutritious diet maximising the kitchen garden and our own meat and honey, you will have a proactive approach to deal with seasonal gluts and seasonal entertaining. Will include some weekends and evenings. 

This is a full-time, salaried position with the expectation that the successful candidate will turn their hand to other tasks around the house and estate when not occupied in the kitchen. Flexibility and great communication skills are essential, as well as a strong team player who is highly organised and can plan ahead for events and parties. Excellent time management, communication, good budgeting and flexibility are essential.
