We are seeking a professional and experienced ROTA Nanny/PA to join a fully staffed formal household in South Oxfordshire, near Henley-on-Thames.

The family has three children 5(b), 7(g) and 8(g) and is looking for a nurturing yet structured Nanny who can support the children's development. The Nanny must be highly organised, an experienced and confident driver, flexible, confident in travelling with families and be able to work independently. Having a background in education would be advantageous. German, French or Spanish speaking would be a bonus, but is not essential. Must be flexible with the rota, which is ordinarily two weeks on and two weeks off, but can change depending on circumstances.

Duties include: Supporting daily routines, educational activities and homework. Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development. Planning age appropriate stimulating activities, both indoors and outdoors. Exploring places to visit during holidays. Planning playdays and parties. School runs. Maintaining the children's areas, wardrobes and schedules. School admin duties for the children.

Salary up to £80,000 gross per annum depending on experience. Accommodation: Private two-bedroom cottage during duty weeks. Start: As soon as possible.
