SENIOR HOUSEKEEPER – KENSINGTON
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-obsessed Senior Housekeeper for a private residence to work alongside their existing team as there are two family members relocating to London from abroad. The ideal candidate will have a refined eye for presentation, confident expertise in wardrobe and fabric care, and a commitment to maintaining a flawlessly organized and immaculate home. This role supports a principal who values precision, discretion, and assertiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Household Cleaning & Organization
• Perform daily cleaning of all living spaces to an exacting standard
• Care for fine furnishings, antiques, and specialty surfaces using correct methods
• Maintain household inventory and ensure supplies are well-stocked and organized
• Prepare guest rooms and common areas to luxury hospitality standards
• Coordinate with Private PA, Butler and Driver as needed
Wardrobe & Personal Presentation Management
• Maintain and manage an extensive wardrobe, including seasonal rotation, organization, and inventory
• Ensure all garments are impeccably cared for, pressed, and ready for wear at all times
• Provide packing and unpacking support for travel, including curated wardrobe selections
• Keep detailed records of clothing maintenance, purchases, and repairs
House Management
• Detailed SOP's of each individual room and requirements for layout and presentation
• Getting quotes and organising contractors where necessary
• Overseeing interior design, gathering measurements and ensuring quality workmanship
• Overseeing contractors and ensuring their work is completed to the required standard
