An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Travelling Butler / Executive Assistant to join a fully staffed UHNW household based in Singapore.

Overview

You will be supporting a predominantly business-focused principal, with travel internationally approximately every other week, accompanying the principal on both business (around 80%) and leisure trips.

Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring every aspect of the principal's travel and daily logistics runs seamlessly.

This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong butler or luxury hospitality background who combines impeccable service with exceptional organisational ability. The family are looking for a modern, discreet professional who is operationally excellent, not a traditional formal butler.

When in Singapore, the candidate will have a fixed time off schedule.

Duties include but are not limited to

• Accompanying the principal on frequent international travel across Europe, the US and beyond
• Providing discreet butler service and high-level executive support
• Managing complex travel logistics, itineraries and schedules
• Coordinating private jet travel, hotels, ground transportation and reservations
• Ensuring the principal's accommodation and travel arrangements are flawlessly prepared
• Managing luggage, packing and unpacking when travelling
• Liaising with the Chief of Staff, family office and external suppliers
• Providing seamless hospitality and personal support throughout the principal's day
• Anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively
• Supporting occasional family travel when required

Key Criteria

• Previous experience as a Travelling Butler
• Strong luxury hospitality or private household background
• Experience supporting international travel and complex itineraries
• Fluent English essential
• Driving licence advantageous but not essential
• Extensive travel
