Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a Private Assistant who is proactive, professional and well organised to support a professional couple with their business and private work. Working hours are flexible although ideally looking for 10am – 3pm, 3/4 days a week, with the flexibility to be contactable outside core hours by phone and email at times.

You will be responsible for ensuring their personal and business life runs smoothly as well as assisting with any other ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities will include traditional diary management, banking, liaising with schools, booking holidays, travel arrangements, appointments, organising events, bill management, employee management and more.

The successful candidate must be discreet, and highly confidential and professional in nature, as well as flexible in your approach and to unexpected issues as they arise. A good sense of humour and a down to earth personality, along with a great work ethic are a must for this role.

You will also have a high standard of attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication, good IT knowledge including all Microsoft Office programs, have a practical approach, a flair for personal finance management and at least 10 years’ experience as a private assistant.

This role will initially be based in Beaconsfield although flexibility will be required due to the nature of private errands and tasks needing to be carried out through the local area.

Please apply with CV.
