A superb position for a creative, dynamic and proficient private chef, based in the UK but with travels to France.
Duties include food preparation, menu planning ensuring a wide variety of nutritional and healthy dishes, keeping refrigerators stocked using fresh produce, maintaining the kitchen and equipment is cleaned and hygienic. You must be confident in cooking for large number, creating three or four-course menus.
The Principle enjoys fine dining, so you should have a wide repertoire of cuisines from pan-Asian to classic French, fine wines and beverages, all to the highest standard. The role works within a formal household and is focussed on providing the highest level of care to the Principal, his family, and guests.
We require a professional, versatile, reliable candidate with a flexible approach to working hours with a positive, “can do” attitude. Candidates with experience of working for a UHNW essential. You must be an excellent communicator with the ability to multitask. Full clean driving licence essential. 3+ years of private head chef experience required. Accommodation provided. This is a permanent position, Excellent numeration package.
