We have a lovely detached rural 2-bed cottage available to live in for around 30 hours work per month. Suitable for an individual or a couple.

The responsibilities are to oversee the short-term holiday lets of the main house that sleeps 14. Although the lettings are managed by an agent, we do need to ensure all runs smoothly. We need a responsible person to oversee the changeovers and ensure the cleaners keep the house up to the standard we require. We would need you to be onsite at change over and around to ensure the house is well looked after and respected during the rental period. The 30 hours is an estimate and may vary from month to month.
