A professional cook is required for a family in a large house on a rural estate in South-West Scotland to work as part of a team.  The role is to cook family meals, high standard dinner party and corporate food as well as preparing food during the summer for a small tea-room.  Duties include cooking and some housekeeping and childcare work.  Must be passionate about food, positive, friendly, non-smoker, animal friendly, driving licence, DBS checked with excellent references and presentation.  Accommodation is a three bedroom flat within a stable cottage on the estate. Single applicants or a couple with self-sufficient partner. Salary to be agreed depending on experience.
