Resident Pastoral Housemistress

Radley College is an independent boarding school of about 735 boys situated five miles from Oxford. 

We have a vacancy for a pastoral housemistress (matron) required to assist in the running of one of our Socials (boarding houses) which currently houses c70 boys.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate a warm personality and an interest in the wellbeing and development of teenage boys.  They will have good organisational skills, an understanding and tolerant nature and work well in a team.  Benefits include a self-contained flat available throughout the year and long school holidays.
