My Mother and Father have been happily married for 60 years. Fit and active people keeping the family home and large garden on the Herts/Bucks border very clean and tidy. 

Whilst my 82-year old mother is healthy she has been diagnosed with early-stage dementia and is finding it hard to look after my 88-year old father who has rapidly become frail. Both of my parents require daytime and (occasional) night-time assistance, with my father having personal care and medication requirements. I believe their increasing needs could be best met by a suitable couple living in the home as there is plenty of available space. However, would be open to discussions with a single applicant confident of providing the comprehensive care required by my parents.

A car will be made available for food shopping, hospital or doctor appointments plus any visits/trips out. You will be required to provide assistance and personal care for my father together with general housekeeping and light housework by way of support to my mother (who is currently very capable but requires ‘memory jogs’). 
I wish to enable my parents to live at home for a long time and therefore seek an applicant(s) who is able to provide the very care for them through an inevitable decline.

Current up to date DBS preferred. NVQ/QCF level 3 preferred but not essential. Self-employed or PAYE considered. 

Salary TBD based on level of qualification and experience.
