Estate Managers - Retirement Developments

Cognatum Estates, a not for profit company, is the leading provider of 60 high specification private estates are recruiting in the following locations:

 

•             Minchinhampton, Gloucestershire – Joint Resident Estate Manager

•             Hungerford, Berkshire – Single Resident Estate Manager

 

You will be responsible for the management of our private estates and provide reassurance as professional “good neighbours” to our residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day estate management, including light administration
• Assisting residents with advice and in emergencies
• Small building maintenance tasks
• Maintenance of grounds.
