Caring and capable live-in Carer required for lady in her 80s. The role will be carried out in the client’s home with two days off each week. Unobtrusive and softly spoken while exuding a quiet confidence would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will be confident working with patients suffering from declining mobility and Parkinson’s. Have an enhanced DBS certificate issued within the last 12 months. Must be experienced, physically fit and healthy, patient and warm. Must be responsive, resilient, reliable, trustworthy and a good communicator. Will be flexible, adaptable and have a passion for caring for the elderly. Previous experience as a live-in Carer preferred. Will assist in all aspects of the client’s care needs whilst ensuring the client retain their independence, comfort and dignity. Will have experience with massage, physiotherapy and nursing.
Non-smoker essential. Driver preferred but not essential.
