An experienced and family-friendly PA is sought for a businessman to help keep his life organised and run his office based in Chelsea. He has a busy business life being a Director of eight companies and the owner of three hotels: two in the Cotswolds and one in the north of England.

Our client was involved in a car accident 30 years ago and he has some cognitive impairment which affects his memory. The PA will need to remind him of his personal and business appointments and co-ordinate these appointments in his diary. Because of his memory issues, our client tends to ‘squirrel’ documents and papers so a large part of the role will be filing and sorting out his office.

The ideal candidate will be personable, able to think on their feet when required, and have an excellent standard of written and spoken English.

You must be computer literate with a good knowledge of Excel and MS Word. Database proficiency would also be useful. Conversational Spanish would be an advantage as the family have properties in Spain.

Working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday at the family office which is in a separate building (studio) to the house and is a private and quiet environment. The office contains its own kitchenette and bathroom.

Recent checkable references and a valid DBS certificate are required. (AGY)
