We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated couple to manage all aspects of our Guest House in Barbados.

This role covers many areas, from hands-on maintenance to preparing breakfast and of course ensuring that our guests have the best experience we can offer them.

The ideal couple will be proactive, hardworking team players looking for a long-term position. You will both be detail-oriented with the ability to work independently. You will also be pet friendly. Flexibility in hours is key due to guest arrival times.

Accommodation is 3 bedroom cottage which is on site and included in the package.
