Couple required in Swansea to look after a property in one of Wales most desirable locations Caswell. The property is used for holiday lets and sometimes hosting students. The position comes with a lovely 2 bedroom annex and all bills included. 

This would suit a mature, welcoming, friendly couple who would take pride in ensuring guests receive a lovely experience.

Duties include good homely cooking, cleaning to a high standard, keep everything running smoothly, making sure rooms are ready for guests and shopping for supplies. 

Ideally one of the applicants should have good maintenance skills to include painting, electricity, plumbing and general upkeep of the property. Flexibility is provided for other independent projects with this role.
