Groundsperson – Salary: £20,000–£25,000 per annum + Accommodation & Bills Employment Type: Full-time (5 days/week)  (Live-in Couple considered) - additional work for housekeeper duties.

We are seeking a reliable, professional and self-sufficient Grounds person to take care of a small private estate in beautiful Northumberland. The role includes maintaining the grounds and overseeing the cleanliness and presentation of both a holiday cottage and the main residence.

Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day upkeep of the estate grounds, working alongside part-time gardeners. Cleaning and preparing the main house and holiday cottage to a high standard. Overseeing the general upkeep of the property in the absence of the owners (who travel frequently) Managing tradespeople or deliveries as needed Ensuring the property is secure, well-maintained, and guest-ready at all times.

Ideal Candidate(s) Will Be: Experienced in grounds or estate maintenance and housekeeping Professional, discreet, and highly organised. Able to work independently and take initiative Comfortable living onsite and managing responsibilities with minimal supervision
