COUPLE REQUIRED FOR LUXURY VILLA MANAGEMENT IN TUSCANY, ITALY

Beautiful 5 bedroom Tuscan farmhouse which sits on top of a hill with a 360 degree view of stunning countryside. Within easy reach of San Gimignano, Pisa, Florence and Lucca. The house is rented for about 12 weeks in the year and we go for a few off season weeks. The same couple have looked after and tended the property and business for the last 15 years but have now sadly decided to move on.

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated couple to independently handle all aspects of our luxury villa in Tuscany. From hands-on maintenance and gardening to cooking, preparing, and serving meals, this role involves full ownership of the villa's operation and guest experiences.

Applicants must possess a valid European passport, ensuring eligibility to work in Italy. Full, clean, driving licence for both applicants and be Fluent in English and Italian.

The role is hands-on and involves all aspects of villa and garden maintenance, small maintenance jobs and oversee routine household activities and a high standard of cooking, preferably Italian food.

The successful candidates should have great social skills to interact with guests warmly and professionally to create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, ensuring a memorable experience

You both should be proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently, taking full responsibility for all aspects of the villa management. Flexibility is key; willingness to work irregular hours based on guest schedules and villa needs.

Accommodation is on-site, a spacious two-bedroom house with garden, vegetable garden, and large tool shed, provided as part of the package.

Must be a couple please and it is essential for them to be Fluent in English and Italian
