An experienced and proactive domestic couple is required to support a busy informal family. This is a long-term, Tuesday – Saturday Inc. role for a capable, forward-thinking, practical couple who work well as a team and understand the demands of a busy family and private household.

Cook / Housekeeper

Responsibilities will include:
• Day-to-day household management and organisation
• High-standard cleaning and care of a family home
• Cooking healthy, family-style meals (and occasional entertaining)
• Laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
• Running errands and general household support
• Potential involvement with childcare and/or pets and housesitting

Estate Management / Maintenance

Responsibilities will include:
• Overall oversight of the estate, main house and outbuildings
• Grounds, pool and tennis court maintenance 
• General handyman and maintenance of machinery
• Animal care 
• Managing and liaising with external contractors
• Monitoring and maintaining property systems and security
• Driving (school runs and errands)

Candidate Requirements
• Both candidates must drive
• Proven experience working in private households, yachting or estates
• Discretion and professionalism
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work flexibly as hours may vary
• Hands-on, practical, and solution-focused approach
• Right to work in the UK and clear DBS and strong references
