Experienced Couple required for lovely family of 4 in Worcestershire
 
A fantastic position for a Domestic couple has become avavaible to join a young family of 4 and 4 dogs in beautiful surroundings in Worcestershire. A large house with 11 acres of established garden with roses, evergreens and beddings.

The Principals have had a great couple who have worked for them for 7 years, they are sad to see them go after such an amazing partnership but also excited to welcome in new energy and experience to take on the role with both hands and hit the ground running!

 
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic couple who have previously worked in a groundsperson/gardening/housekeeping/cook/childcare and pet management role.  They must have an understanding of an old property that needs constant maintenance and care. 

 
We like a high level of cleaning and like areas to be kept both neat and tidy but also well cleaned. The interior requires someone who can manage their time well to cover both the housekeeping aspect as well as lend a trained and competent hand in childcare and family cooking.

 
The gardener role would suit someone physically fit to maintain the property, pool, roof, cars and garden maintenance with an understanding for a very seasonal garden. Must be able to operate garden machinery. Also a basic understanding of ground source heating system would be a real advantage.

 
At the moment, 8hrs a day from 8am until 5.30pm with a tea break mid-morning and lunch break. This is flexible and just a guild to what had been done previoulsly.
