An experienced, professional and competent Head Housekeeper is sought for a large Estate located in Surrey.

The Head Housekeeper will head up the HK department and manage two other permanent professionals: the role is hands on and requires team work, self management as well as experience in a collaborative, fair manner. The Head Housekeeper will lead by example and create a functional, sustainable working pattern. There are dogs in residence, therefore the right professional will be happy to work in a pet-friendly environment.  Flexibility and eagerness to help is key for this role : this is an ideal venture for any professionals looking for a change in settings, life- work balance and longevity.

The tone of the household is rather laid-back, the Principals travel frequently and wish to create a homely and welcoming atmosphere across all departments. 

START DATE: ASAP

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm  - flexible at times when and if required.

Role: Head Housekeeper  Working in collaboration with the Estate Manager Housekeeping, upkeep of interiors, laundry management, marble and wood care, dealing with weekly dry cleaning organisation, team management. Must love and be comfortable around dogs, some pet feeding may be required. Utmost discretion is required. Driving to and from two locations within a 25 minutes distance.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE: Negotiable, in the region of 55K gpa
