Non-resident housekeeping and hospitality management post involving cleaning, conservation, and cooking in a large private house, as well as the management of others engaged in these roles.
Experience of successfully running a country house and qualification in the conservation of fittings and furnishings both required. Ability to delegate successfully while retaining responsibility, to work in partnership with others, and to work in and inspire small teams is essential. Hours will periodically be long and irregular. Warm and open character necessary.
