We are looking for a Scheme Manager to work in partnership with the team at our Extra Care Scheme, based in Bath. You will be responsible for supporting people aged 55+ needing some level of assisted care or support. You will deliver a person-centred service to a range of older people with diverse needs in order to promote independence and encourage them to live safely as part of their communities. Effective management of all aspects of the building including dealing with contractors and visitors, regular estate inspections, managing tenancy breaches, promoting community events and identifying any health and safety issues.
