Our client, 78, lives with his wife in a spacious bungalow with a large garden and a friendly Labrador, in East Budleigh, a pretty village two miles from the sea.

They are seeking a live-in Carer to work alongside another Carer on a two weeks on/off rota. Our client has a number of health problems including PSP, (progressive supra nuclear palsy), a form of Parkinsonism which causes increasing difficulty with mobility and balance, and diabetes. He uses a walking frame, rollator, wheelchair and power chair as needed, and has a profiling bed. 

You need to be a good driver, able to handle a larger vehicle which takes his powered wheelchair, to go out for a drive to the coast or the countryside. Good home cooking and managing the client’s medications.  Separate studio accommodation along with a very competitive salary is being offered.  You must have recent, checkable references and a valid Enhanced DBS.
